New version of Amazonia using Victoria 4.2 as well her period uniforms.

With the return of AZmazonia, the only change to her mothers uniform was a new stylized belt.  Originally she had no weapons, but in 2014 was given the Staff of Justice by her father Bernie Kovacs who had traveled time from 1967 thanks to the help of her God mother Tamara Blackwood.
