I want to Thank Dan Didio, Brian Asserello, and all the good people at DC Comics for putting this idea in my head. Those who know me know I'm not necessarily a comic book geek. I know my basics, and I will go from what I read than most of this revisionist BS. Wonder Woman was my first comic book. My Uncle bestowed onto me a large collection of her comics (most pre 1960). I know her story back and forth. To say I was upset at the end of the Bronze age would be...more like peeved. But after reading 6 issues into the New 52...I was damn MAD! Thus Amazonia was born.
Is she a rip off of Wonder Woman? Yes and no. I created her more for :iconPaudraics: Patrick Noir than anything. I wanted her to be enduring as Wonder Woman, but not immortal. That's why here is more than one, as well I took that aspect from of all heroes...The Phantom.
Amazonia of Themyscira (No DC does Not own the rights to it) was a late creation. I knew one day I had to explain the legend, and why not from the beginning. I wanted her to appear just like Camilla, just younger. I love the armor it fits like a glove.
Amazonia of Themyscira is a character in the universe

I like hearing how and why creators create characters.
