It was a warm spring afternoon that found the Changeling racing across the skies of Angel Falls. Choosing to stay in a lighter then air state she streaked high above the traffic and crowds as she headed down town into Angel Falls. The call had came in that Silver Mist had been spotted at the Angel Falls Rare Jewel depository. From what she knew of her, this was something uncharacteristic of the latin villain whom seemed to fallen off the radar of the mainstream. Unlike Invictus who continued to murder at random, Silver Mist seemed to be going after precious jewels, cash, and commodities at a rate that was unlike her.

As she arrived it was pandemonium as Silver Mist had knocked out all power in a 10 block radius. The Changeling spottig her wasted no time firing a bolt of Coralite at her only to have her dodge it and return fire. The Changeling was undaunted by her as she merely zeroed in on her target, knowing he need to ecapsulate her before she changes form and escape with the valuable barbles. Before she could let loose a ending bolt, she is struck by a high pitch enegy sound blat. It disrupts her momentarily a she falls to the street below unable to recover. Landing hard and denting the concrette sidewalk, she resolutely struggles to get up, only to see Silver ist hope into a seda, and flipping her the bird, as the driver glares at her from the drivers side with a grin.

The Changeling growls to herself as they made their getaway. "So that's what it is...she's teamed up with Powerwhine!"
